Vehicle Description
1969 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe, 1969 brought back the "Stingray"
badge that had been missing from the 1968 Corvette. The 1969
Corvette is considered a refined version of the 1968 as it
addressed several issues from the previous year.
This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette finished in Cortez Silver houses the
correct numbers matching 350 cubic inch 300 horsepower motor which
is mated to a smooth shifting Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic
transmission.
This Corvette is believed to be a three-owner vehicle with correct
miles. The rarity of this Corvette is a combination of the Cortez
Silver paint with the list of factory options totaling $1,246.80 in
1969 which is over 25% of the initial base price of the car. The
majority of 1969 Corvettes were delivered with manual transmissions
this example has the unique options of automatic transmission with
the comfort of air conditioning.
It appears that this Corvette has had one high quality repaint. The
body panel fit is very good with a beautiful black interior. It
runs and drives as new with none of the typical Corvette rattles
and creaks.
Invited to the Misselwood Concours D'Elegance this is an
award-winning Corvette.
