Built 355 engine, 66,000 miles on dash (mileage is exempt on title), automatic transmission, Hooker Header side pipes, black leather interior, AM/FM/Cassette player, power steering, power brakes, A/C, power windows, tilt and tele steering column, sport mirrors, Gymkhana suspension, luggage rack, and much more.
We changed the oil and filter, transmission fluid and filter, and checked and lubed the chassis. We also replaced the front carpet, idler arm, and sway bar links, and much more.
The last owner had it repainted in base-coat/clear-coat. The previous owners also had the engine rebuilt .30 over with flat top pistons, roller rockers, ported and polished heads, stall converter, and much more done to the drive train.
This sharp black black corvette is a lot of fun to drive and sounds great with the chrome side pipes.
1977 was the last year for the short back window. It was also the first year without Stingray badges on the fenders, and saw the return of the black exterior color option. Each early 1977 also had a polished horn cap, which was later recalled due to safety concerns over the sun glaring on it.
