Vehicle Description
PHS documented, #s match T/A with owner history. California born
and raised. Came to the Midwest in the 90s, garage kept. Virgin
rust free car, original body. The 1/4 panels still have the visible
factory spot welds around the lip. The rubber nose is mint, fits
perfect. Glass finish paint from nose to tail. Jambs are slick, new
sill plates and weatherstrips. New decal stripes. The grills,
headlight bezels, window moldings, taillight bezels, bumper are
mint. New windshield. Recent BFG tires on 15 inch Rally ll wheels
that are excellent. Has correct lug nuts and centers. I love the
blue interior. It is very bright and crisp looking. New carpet and
door panels. Excellent plastic parts, correct mesh speaker tray.
The trunk is mint- perfect metal, spatter paint neatly touched up,
has rally ll spare and a restored jack. The stock motor compartment
is cleaned and painted. Only 1,339 Ram Air lll automatics made.
The 1970 (known as 70 1/2 because of a strike the cars had a late
limited production) was a break through car. Influenced design came
from European sports cars. The scoops and spoilers actually
function and do contribute to the car's handling. The backwards
facing hood scoop effectively forces cold fresh air into the ram
air lll power house. Other upgrades include posi rear, bigger
wheels, upgraded suspension and of course it's really good looks in
and out. The dash is clean and functional. The machine turned trim,
formula wheel are cool features. Is it a sports car? Muscle car? I
do know it's awesome.
