Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this mean 1955 Chevrolet
B210. Between the matte black paint and aggressive powertrain, this
car is for sure to be a head turner. Under the hood of this iconic
body style is a 350 CID V8 engine that runs very strong. Feeding
the engine is a four-barrel carburetor topped by a summit air
cleaner. The carburetor is fed from a new fuel tank via new fuel
lines. Leading the air/fuel mixture to the intake valves is an
Edelbrock intake manifold. Providing spark to the engine is an
accel ignition coil. The exhaust is routed out through matte steel
headers that dump after flowing through very unrestrictive glass
packs that provide the car with a very aggressive sound. Sending
that V8 power to the rear end is a four-speed manual transmission
that goes through the gears nicely thanks to a rebuild less than
500 miles ago by A1 Transmission. The rear end is fitted with a
3.53 final drive ratio and features a limited slip differential.
Chrome valve covers and alternator tie in the chrome and matte
black look very well. Overall, this car drives nicely and has
plenty of power for a spirited drive. Moving outward, this sinister
beauty is finished in a matte black paint that makes the car look
even more aggressive than it already is. All the appropriate trim
pieces are there and in good condition. The Chrome bumpers are also
in good condition and show good contrast between the black paint.
Supporting each corner of this cool car are chrome plated wheels
wrapped in radial tires with good tread life left. Upon entering
this classic beauty, the driver will appreciate the classy red and
black interior. The bench seats are finished in red vinyl and are
in good condition. Sitting below the bench seats is clean black
carpet. The dash features original style instrumentation along with
an aftermarket tachometer to show how many bald eagles are being
released from that hearty powerplant. If the sound of the engine
ever gets to be displeasing, the driver will also appreciate the
aftermarket radio/CD player. The car also features a kill switch to
ensure the batter is not drained when not in use. To see all the HD
