Vehicle Description
The CJ-3A was introduced in 1949 to replace the CJ-2A and that
brought a few minor interior updates that included increased leg
room by shotening the rear wheel well and moving the drivers seat
toward the rear, leakproof connection features for the canvas top,
thicker cushions and more headroom by increasing the height 2-3/8"
with windshield up. A one-piece windshield was added as was an
improved vacuum-type windshield wiper and a windshield ventilator
to circulate fresh air. It is powered by a 60hp 134CI "Go Devil"
engine with a T90 transmission and a Dana 18 transfer case.
