Vehicle Description
Stk 2381 1975 MG MGB
The MGB replaced the MGA in model year 1962. It was lightweight,
responsive and sporty and over the years became quite refined. This
solid 1975 MGB has received a full restoration. The '75 model was
the first year for the front/rear rubber bumpers, but this roadster
earned a total conversion back to the earlier chrome bumper format.
This takes a substantial investment of time and money and it was
very well done. Our MGB's white exterior was professionally
refinished along with a new tan soft-top, sharp MGB 'RoStyle'
wheels and a luggage rack. The restoration included an expert
interior update. Seats, dash, carpeting and door cards are all in
very 'good nick'. An aftermarket 'walnut-look' wheel/dash/console
package was also added along with an Optimus AM/FM/Cassette sound
system. The 1.8L OHV 4-cylinder has not required a rebuild, but
does incorporate an aftermarket 2-barrrel intake/carburetor and
tubular exhaust header. Cooling is managed by an aluminum radiator
and electric fan set-up. This is a very well designed package and
it runs beautifully. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts
smoothly through all four synchronized gears. Power disc/drum
brakes provide stopping power for a set of nice 14" radials. This
classic '75 MGB has been carefully restored and will really put a
smile on your face. Come take a look - you will not be
disappointed. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
