Up for sale now in our Houston Showroom is this 1929 Ford Model A
with a Rumble seat option. The Model A was Ford's successor to the
Model T. The Model A line was produced from 1927 to 1931. The Ford
Model A (also colloquially called the "A-Model Ford" or the "A"),
was the second huge success for the Ford Motor Company, after its
predecessor, the Model T. First produced on October 20, 1927, but
not sold until December 2, it replaced the venerable Model T, which
had been produced for 18 years. This sweet ride is optioned with
the hard to come by (and very desirable) "Rumble Seat". Powered by
its original 201 CID 4-cylinder engine backed by a 3-speed manual
transmission, she'll feel right at home in parades and cruises! The
car is shown in a nice tan color paint that is in good condition.
The black vinyl top is a nice feature and contrasts with the tan
paint very well. The running boards, bumpers, rear spare tire,
glass, lenses, all in road ready condition & show very well. Its
cloth interior is in good condition, comfortable yet simple. It
embodies the Model A charisma. This car starts right up when you
set it right and is a pleasure to drive. Any enthusiasts or
collector would be very happy with a well-cared for & maintained
Model A for them to enjoy. Options include cloth interior, white
wall & bias ply tires, and wire wheels.. This beauty is located at
our Houston location showroom. It can also be seen at
