the 1955-1957 two-seat models, has been a favorite of both cruisers
and collectors alike. The classic styling of these first-generation
cars remains as relevant and attractive as ever. This beautiful
Fiesta Red 1957 Thunderbird retains all of the classic styling that
made these cars legendary while incorporating modern driveline
components for additional comfort and safety. Beneath the original
hood, with its iconic, chrome-trimmed scoop, lies an Electronically
Fuel Injected Ford 5.0L H.O. V8 from a Mustang GT. This strong and
reliable powerplant feeds its abundant torque to a 4-speed
automatic overdrive transmission which, in turn, passes the power
back to a stout Ford 9 rear end. This drivetrain provides superior
performance, reliability, and economy (aprox. 1500 rpm @ 70 mph)
compared to the stock pieces. Comfort and convenience items include
power rack and pinion steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes ( with
Hydratech hydroboost), Vintage Air air conditioning, cruise
control, matching porthole hardtop, and an AM/FM radio with iPOD
connection. Additional classy touches include Dayton stainless
steel wire wheels and the black convertible top made with German
Sonnenland black canvas, the primary fabric used on Mercedes
