Cousins to the famous Chevrolet Camaro, the Firebird featured
similarly gorgeous coke bottle styling and unique Pontiac division
styling cues. Featuring a front mounted engine, rear wheel drive,
and a four seat body, the Firebird was initially considered a
consolation prize after Pontiac asked to produced to Banshee
concept, however the Firebird soon became one of Pontiac's most
beloved models.

Trans Am replica for your consideration. This car is finished in
stunning shade of Cameo White with Pontiac blue accents. This car
was not originally a Trans Am and the car was completed as a
replica in West Virginia. The car was also treated to a restoration
at Shady Oak Restorations in Rockville, Michigan. The front
fenders, drives door, and hood were replaced, and the engine was
fully rebuilt about three years ago. The restoration was very
thoroughly completed and the car looks excellent. You'd be very
hard pressed to find any flaws on the body. The paint is in
excellent condition and the accents look good as well. Chrome trim
is shiny and shows well. Likewise, the interior looks just as nice
as it did from the factory, with a excellent dashboard and no
visible wear on the interior. Seats look excellent, the headliner
is taunt, wood imitation trim is great and the thin wooden steering
wheel is a very beautiful piece.
This Trans Am replica is just as much about go as it is about show.
A 400cid V8 engine has been rebuilt and is said to produce around
330hp. The engine features upgraded cams, aluminum heads, upgraded
intakes and more. It runs through a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission and Hurst shifter. It also has a 3.73 rear end, power
front disc brakes, power steering. 15in PMD wheels are wrapped in
BFGoodrich tires. The owner says the A/C and heater are working and
that the car comes with two keys.
