It's getting close to that time of the year! It's almost
convertible season. As spring comes closer we always love seeing
vehicles like this Gorgeous 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible
pull into our shop. It's just hard to beat the sound of a 455ci big
block in a gorgeous drop top that comes equipped with AC, power
steering, Power front disc brakes, functioning tic toc tac and a
brand new interior installed in January of 2018!
Originally starting life with a 350ci V8, today sitting in the
engine bay is a period correct 455ci big block oldsmobile V8 that
is equipped with factory AC that has been converted to R134a AC and
blows ice cold! Atop the engine you'll find an Edelbrock performer
intake and a Holley 4-bbl carburetor equipped with an electric
choke. The engine fires up easily everytime and a battery cut off
switch keeps the battery from draining down.
The body is covered in a really nice correct Saddle Brown paint
job. Somewhere along the way it received the correct 442 badging
and 442 fiberglass hood. Inside the interior you'll find a dash
that is showing no signs of cracking, brand new carpet, front and
rear seat covers and front and rear door panels. All of which was
installed in January of 2018, less than 5 miles on the
interior!
