This 1972 Triumph TR6 roadster is fitted with a 4 speed transmission that shifts perfectly. The engine was rebuilt less than 500 miles ago and has been upgraded with SU HS6 carburetors, distributor with electronic ignition, spin on oil filter and new starter motor, new alternator, new aluminum radiator, new steering wheel.
All new replacement parts are from Moss or The Roadster Factory.
The cooling system has been upgraded with an electric cooling fan, aluminum radiator, Water Pump and Thermostat. This 2.5 liter Triumph inline six engine is fast and leak free. Brake lines are new, clutch lines are new, new turn signal lever. The TR6 has a new Clutch, new Clutch hydraulic Master cylinder and Slave cylinder.
The body was beed blasted, etching primer, 3 coats of primer, repainted original rare shade of Mimosa Yellow base with 3 coats of clear with all new Black interior. This Triumph is exceptionally clean inside and out, the TR6 draws a crowd wherever you park it.
All new interior, dash panels, door panels, carpet as original with Automotive Heat, Sound and Noise Insulation Padding underneath.
The Black convertible top would need to be installed (the last thing I didn’t have time for) and also has an optional original Tonneau cover as shown in pictures.
The Suspension has new Tie rod ends, Steering rack boots, and coupler. New lower control arm bushing, rear trailing arm bushing and differential mounts and rubber. The drive shaft has been rebuilt with new U-Joints. Dual stainless steel exhaust.
The Brakes are new front and rear with a new Brakes Master cylinder and flexible brake lines All electrical switches and lights work has should.
