Vehicle Description
Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 19th year in the
classic and muscle car business. As the popularity of 1967-1972
Chevrolet C10's continues to soar, we're seeing more and more of
these sharp-looking trucks in collections and on the road. This
1970 C10, however, has few peers. From its stunning Cobalt Blue
paint over an arrow-straight body to its well-sorted and detailed
chassis (the flaws in the photos are the blue lift!), this truck
makes no excuses. Beneath the steel cowl induction hood rests a
potent 454 Chevy that has been completely rebuilt ( new bearings,
rings, honed, etc.) using only the finest components. This powerful
and reliable engine has been fortified with blue chip components
including Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads and intake
manifold, a Holley carburetor, long tube Hooker headers, a Stewart
Components aluminum water pump, oversize aluminum radiator with
twin electric fans, a Front Runner bracket package, and MSD
ignition. The copious horsepower is marshalled by a stout TH400
automatic transmission which sends the herd back to a 12-bolt rear
end. The excellent chassis rolls on Budnik wheels wrapped in some
serious rubber (245/45ZR18 f ; 295/40R20 r) and filled with a
powerful disc/drum brake setup that sports a Hydratech hydroboost
system. The VERY comfortable interior features power steering,
Hydratech-assisted power front disc brakes, Vintage Air air
conditioning, fully functional factory gauges with in-dash
Autometer tach, tilt steering column, a Sony stereo, custom console
with auxillary gauges, and soft cloth upholstery. This is an
extremely well built truck that's already been dialed in, yet has
only traveled around 300 miles since its completion. Street Dreams
is a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide
shipping, insurance, and financing options.
