1962 Chevy Impala 2-door hardtop. Documented frame-off rotisserie
total restoration of a really solid surviver. Many before, during
and after large notebook with many pics showing car on rotisserie
and frame separated, sanded and painted white same as car. Show
professional base coat/clear coat for that sweet shinny look. New
front and rear bumpers. All stainless was off before paint and all
excellent. Car is totally straight and beautiful lines. All tinted
glass is excellent. Car has won several trophies. Stock rebuilt
original .30 over 327/4 BL, newer dual exhaust sounds just right.
Nice and peppy with highway stock gears. Drives awesome and lots of
thumbs-up when passing everyone. Great shifting stock powerglide.
Old-school guys love powerglides because you can drive up to 70 MPH
before shifs to high. Some say 2-speed automatics are there for
faster up to 70 than a 3-speed auto! This car has not been a race
car! Desirable power steering with added power disc brakes with
dual master cylinder for safety. Added 6 blade fan for great
cooling. Many North Carolina documents with many registrations
going way back, so car was never in any salt belt states proved by
many good pics, etc. Very attractive stock interior done in 2-tone
tweeds. Also new carpet, kick panels, headliner and all matching
door panels. All lights work and car is turn-key. Recent new tires
and sharp looking Chev rally wheels with cool spinners. Roof is
done in medium metallic calypso green. At first I was not sure I
like, now I really like and is a great conversation piece. Easily
changed to white or maybe dark green down the road. Opportunity to
