Vehicle Description
Using a method used by dealers in the sixties, dealers were able to
create high-performance vehicles that were not available elsewhere.
Rather than using the "Regular Production Order" (RPO) sheet, they
used the "Central Office Purchase Order" to order Camaro's, hence
the name COPO. The COPO was a basic Camaro sport coupe, converted
by the dealership to include a 427 cubic inch iron block with 425
horsepower. With costs of COPO's much more than any other Camaro
model, a new wave of "Recreation" COPO's were born. In our hands
here is a COPO recreation, housing a monster 427/425hp engine
paired to a 4 speed transmission. With an impressive no expense
spared restoration, the body is straight and the engine is strong!
Correct 12 bolt 4:10 Posi rear end, correct stamps and markings,
bucket seats, factory tachometer, radio delete and X44 RPO code.
Save yourself some money today and grab a gorgeous COPO recreation,
for a fraction of the price of an actual COPO! (330)-482-5960.
