Vehicle Description
1990 Porsche 911 (964) Carrera 2 (C2) with a 5 speed manual and
61,621 miles. Gaurds Red with light grey full leather interior.
This was a PCA Time Trial track car for many years, at one point it
had the "F Class" track record at Fontana/Auto Club, the log books
show events all over Western US. This car was brought back to
street duty by a Singer Vehicle Design customer that wanted a
"Training Singer" to get used to driving a well sorted 964. But it
looks like his car will be done early in the summer and the driving
season where he lives is about over so this girl is for sale. This
car is by no means a Singer in any way, shape or form but she is
VERY well sorted and good looking. With the smooth bumpers, aero
mirrors, nice wheels and stripes she looks a touch more modern and
finished. Thanks to the Moton Coilovers (maybe the be$t you can
buy) even with the solid mounts and mono-balls she rides great on
the street, I daily drove her for 2 months in LA this fall. We just
had her corner weighted and balanced (specs) Some of the specs are
a bit hazy, some of the upgrades pushed the grey area of the old F
class rule book so I'll list out all the upgrades I have found or
performed myself. The motor and the ECU have had some work done,
she feels too strong to be a stock 60k miles motor. She idles well
when warm, doesn't smoke, leak or burn oil. I will also list out
the extensive extras that come with the car and a list of her few
flaws. She was recently serviced with fresh fluids, filters, belts,
blades and lower valve cover gaskets. This car has received almost
1000 miles in the last 6 months so she is shaken down and all of
her bugs are gone. With her sport seats installed I would drive her
cross-country. Upgrades: Moton Motorsport 3 way adjustable remote
reservoir coilovers Adjustable strut mounts and camber plates
Adjustable rear spring plates Front strut bar Adjustable
aftermarket RS sway bars, end links All suspension bushings
replaced with mono-balls Brake air ducts, deflectors Euro smooth
bumpers and lightweight Euro bumper mounts Recently replaced
headlights and taillights Aero Mirrors Aftermarket, solid Motor and
trans mounts Second oil cooler, RS style in front fender well, very
well done, not some hack job. Mildly upgraded motor, at least Ti
retainers, probably a mild head job and a mild cams. ECU has been
tuned to match the work done to the motor Billy boat (I think)
stainless exhaust with small cats and a small muffler. Not too
loud. I can't promise it will pass SMOG. Feels and sounds like a
lightweight flywheel with a stock clutch and pressure plate The
trans has had some work done, maybe a upgraded LSD and ring and
pinion, her gearing feels short. trans is loud but shifts like
butter. Weighted shift knob and short shift kit installed Big Red,
turbo 993 front calipers with stock Porsche pads, 2 piece rotors

for at least 20 horse power, and they are vinyl and come off easily
if you can't handle them Included parts: 3 piece BBS Magnesium
wheels with older Hoosiers slicks mounted, I have driven on these
but I can't make any promises to condition... but they look great
to me and are worth $$. Light grey leather sport seats with harness
