We are pleased to bring you this fabulous frame off restored 1964 Chevrolet Corvette. VIN 40837 S 104020. The car runs and drives and has been stored inside. This beautiful car is Satin Silver with nice trim and black vinyl buckets. Manual windows and locks. The car is powered by a 327 V8 with 4 speed transmission. The car is believed to be numbers matching according to the family. (See engine and tag pics). Engine decklid numbers 4104020 F1017 RE J 1663 with block casting number 3782870.
The car has rally gauges and wood steering wheel. AM radio. 4 speed manual shift on the console. This car will be a great addition to any muscle car collector.
This 1964 Corvette Stingray was purchased in 1979 from Tracy Performance in Michigan. The owner and his friend took the ’64 Corvette to Vette Products of Michigan for the frame work. The family states the Corvette has had a “frame off” restoration. They also state the car has matching numbers (see photos). The car is 95% complete. The Corvette is a 327, 4-speed with 4:11 POSI traction rear end. The wheels/rims are not original to the car.
