Cosmetic
- Paint/Body: I have 3 hoods for this car. It
has a fiberglass cowl hood on it in the pictures. But I have an
original SS steel hood, or the original flat hood painted red to go
with the car. Straight all original steel body, 4 very small rust
spots located at the bottom of the doors and easily repaired. Other
than that the car is solid and rust free. Paint is older and
peeling along the top.
- Interior: Clean interior. New door panels.
Dash looks nice but has a hairline crack that could be touched up.
Drivers seat has a hole (check your back pockets before sitting),
the rest of the seats are in good original condition. Headliner
looks nice along with a clean rear tray. All original seat belts
are present.
- Glass/Windows: All of the glass is in good
original condition. The windows roll up and down easily.
- Trunk: Solid and rust free trunk. Older trunk
mat. Box of extra parts and Camaro books in the trunk.
- Undercarriage: Clean and rust free frame rails
and original floor pans.
- Wheels/Tires: Weld street/strip aluminum
wheels with older Mickey Thompson tires that have good tread.
Mechanical
- Drivetrain: Low miles on rebuilt engine, 355
with cam, lifters, highrise intake, Hooker Headers, and more.
Starts easily and runs out strong. It has sat for a few months and
could use a carb cleaning and adjustment. Turbo transmission has a
strong crisp shift. The car runs super strong down the road and has
the feel of a true muscle car.
- Lights/Electrical: All of the lights, turn
signals work correctly.
- Brakes: Original manual drum brakes stop
good.
- Power Options: EXTRA PARTS: to include SS
under dash gauge cluster, SS wood grain radio bezel, SS hood vent
bezels (goes with SS hood only).
You cannot go wrong with a car like this. Drive it as is for a
