History:
Donald Healey had success racing two modified 100/4 BN Roadsters at the Mille Miglia and 24 Hours of Le Mans. This inspired him to build a limited production, factory-built, high performance version of a similar specification for client. There were only 640 built and they were called The 100M or Le Mans Model. This care was delivered new in left hand drive as a USA export model, owned from 1958 until 2007 by the second owner, Raymond Feasey, then selling it to the third and present owner.
Features:
The 100M had many sporting improvements over the standard, making it a superior car. The standard BN2 engine was up from 90bhp to 110bhp; these cars had larger performance, 1 ¾” SU H6 Carburetors, a special inlet manifold, cold air box and air tube, high compression pistons, high lift camshaft, a special distributor and a louvered hood with Le Mans regulation leather strap. In addition, the front windscreen would fold down flat.
Condition:
A professional body off, frame up restoration by Warren L. Ritter and Sons in Penfield, New York, completed in 2003. Well documented with work orders, receipts and photographs. Still retaining its original chassis tag, all 100M body stampings. Used very rarely, this correct Concours restored 100M won a 1st Place Concours Award in 2013. Service work was performed in 2016. It drives wonderfully and is ready for a history rally.

Has a large 4” binder of documents, including the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate, 100M Le Mans Registry Letter and Certificate, the owner’s manual, various period 100M literature, the original 1958 New York State DMV registration sticker, and the complete restoration file, (all verifying the car is a genuine factory built 100 Le Mans, and is mentioned in the 100M Registry Newsletter).

A set of original-painted wire wheels with tires mounted, side curtains, soft top and bows, tool kit, jack, knock off hammer, Tonneau cover, and owner’s manual.
