On December 3, 2007, Chrysler started taking deposits for the 3rd
generation Dodge Challenger that debuted on February 6, 2008.
Despite being significantly longer and taller than the revered
classics of the late 1960's and early 1970's, this Challenger was
well received and thought by many to retain many of the key design
elements of the 1st generation muscle cars. The base model
Challenger SE was powered by a 3.5 L 250 hp V6 paired with a
4-speed automatic transmission. The top-of-the-line SRT8 model was
equipped with the powerful 6.1 L Hemi V8 and 5-speed "AutoStick"
transmission. Standard features include Brembo brakes, sport
suspension, bi-xenon headlamps, heated leather sport seats, keyless
ignition, Sirius satellite radio and 20-inch forged aluminum
wheels. The entire 2008 run of 6,400 cars was entirely pre-sold
(many above MSRP). This beautiful Hemi-Orange / Black leather
Challenger SRT8 sports the production number 1943 on the dash. With
only 4,706 miles stated as original by the owner, she as nice as
they come. This modern classic is located at our Milwaukee
showroom. You can view this beautiful vehicle in greater detail
