This 1969 Porsche 911 S Targa is in Blue Metallic with
Black.
Sold new on December 20, 1968 from this exact building in Monterey,
California in what used to be at that time, Wester
Motors. Forty-nine years later this car is here with
us and proudly offered for sale.
It gets better, this original Black plate California car has
been under the same ownership since day one. Owned by a Porsche
enthusiast and PCA participant.

Repainted years ago in it’s original color of Blue Metallic.
A very honest car with straight panels and great gaps. The
paint could be helped in areas to keep it as "driver quality" but
likely will need to be re-done. A good deal of blemishes and
checking (see photographs).
Service history back to new with receipts on file from its first
service at Wester Motors to its engine rebuilt by Tom Amon in
2004.
Original MFI. Sport muffler. 5 Speed gearbox. Good clutch and
syncro's in all gears.
Correct date coded 15x6's.
Targa top is very nice has a great fit.
The chrome is original and in good condition with some light
pitting and scratches. The rubber window seals have been replaced
at some point.
Interior is original. A wood trim has been installed over the
original dash material. Dash is original but has cracked,
along with some cracks by the speaker grill. All instruments
in good working order. Original radio still present.
A well preserved 911 S in a desirable color that has been in
California since new.
Definitely a rare opportunity to own a fully documented, one owner
911S.
