Now available at our Philadelphia showroom, Gateway Classic Cars
offers this stunning 1967 Chevrolet El Camino! 1959 marked the
first year of the famed Chevy El Camino which was produced in
response to the popularity of the Ford Ranchero. While production
only lasted two years for the first generation El Camino, the
truck-car hybrid came back in full swing in 1964 with the second
generation. This blue beauty represents the fourth year of this
generation which saw a significant styling renovation featuring a
new grill and other exterior trim. This 1967 El Camino was gone
through entirely with a recent frame off restoration which included
soda blasting on the body and a sandblasting of the frame. The
frame was epoxy painting while the body was epoxy sealed and
covered in a base coat, clear coat. Check out the way the Lemans
Blue shines in the light! The exterior received new rocker
moldings, new grill and headlight trim, new tinted windshield and
moldings, new bedrail moldings, freshly re-chromed rear bumper, new
taillight lenses, wheel well moldings, new door handles, new front
bumper and a well-done bed with durable liner coating. Powering
this American classic is a 283 CID V8 that turns over with ease!

installed: Reconditioning cylinder heads, new rods and mains,
polished crankshaft, new cam bearings, new fuel pump, chrome
