1960 ASTON MARTIN DB4 SERIES II COUPE

Series 1 and 2 examples are considered by many to be the most beautiful of the DB4 range, due to its Egg Crate front grille, larger front bonnet scoop and straight Cathedral tail lights - all part of the original Touring of Milan design.
This DB4 Coupe originally was delivered to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, where much of this car’s early history is unknown. At some point it was acquired into a private collection in France. In 1995, it was owned by a Mr. Dulac, who kept the DB4 until 2004 when it was subsequently sold to a Mr. Bossut, who kept the car until 2014. In 2014, this DB4 was purchased by Autosport Designs, Inc., imported to the United States and sold to its most recent custodian.
It is currently in its original, as-delivered color combination and matching numbers. Throughout the years this DB4 has been maintained properly, keeping what is an amazing amount of honest originality. Having been repainted, all body shut lines are excellent throughout, as is the consistency of the body and paintwork. The chassis, suspension and braking systems have been serviced and in excellent condition. The engine has been uprated to 4.2 liter specification, 3-carburetor Special Series – Vantage specifications.
This DB4 has been road tested, runs strong and tight and as one would expect from a properly serviced Aston. The clutch, gearbox and differential are perfect.
This is an excellent opportunity to purchase what is a wonderful, sorted and great driving DB4 that has been restored when and where needed.
