Vehicle Description
This is a special order convertible made on the last day of
production for the 1966 Thunderbirds. Possibly the last Thunderbird
Convertible made until 2002. Less than 10 of the Thunderbirds came
with a 428 345 hp engine. Every option except power door locks.
Cruise, Power Steering, Air Conditioning in a convertible, am/fm 8
track stereo radio, power seats and dual reclining seats, power
top. The car underwent a rotisserie restoration in 2007-2011. Car
drives as good as it looks. There is not a Convertible within 300
numbers in the Thunderbird registry, records from Ford were lost in
a fire so documentation of it being the last convertible
manufactured are not available.
