Vehicle Description
This Nova Hardtop Resto-Mod underwent a no-expense-spared ground-up
restoration. The solid Southwest body was stripped bare and
completely resprayed in PPG Burgundy Metallic and the undercarriage
was painted in the same color on a rotisserie. Extra care was taken
to assure a show-quality finish with excellent panel gaps and
laser-straight panels. All of the chrome and stainless were
restored or replaced with new, and the all-new PUI interior is
finished in correct grain materials. A Vintage Air heating and
cooling system, Borgeson power steering, and a RetroSound stereo
were added for comfort. Powered by a 355ci V8 with 4-bolt mains,
aluminum Trick Flow heads, Edelbrock intake, comp cam, and Quick
Fuel carburetion, backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. The
engine is fully dressed with Cal Custom finned valve covers, Hedman
headers, and Flowmaster dual exhaust. Disc brakes were added for
extra stopping power and custom Rocket Racing Cragar SS style rims
with Cooper tires add to the cars handling capabilities.
