What a stunningly gorgeous 1955 Chevy Pick-Up! Restored to better
than original condition this truck has a wonderful history and will
be a treasure for its next owner just as it is for the current one.
Vehicle was in the 2016 movie "Dear Eleanor" starring Jessica Alba
Luke Wilson and Patrick Schwarzenegger. See for yourself why it was
good enough for a feature film - high quality workmanship and care
of ownership nets this to be one of the nicest 1955 Chevrolet
pickups in the country. The only items which have not been restored
back to original condition on thistruck are tasteful features which
add to its attractiveness niceness andoverall usability such as
manual overdrive to give better legs to the original 3 speed for
modern driving on the highway. Beautiful silver-blue exterior color
with matching velourcloth insert on seat. Dual rear exhaust sounds
as nice as it looks. Also a beautiful light-colored wooden inlay on
the bottomof the truck bed really makes the entire package pop
visually! An aftermarket tasteful vintage-type modern radio is
installed in placeof the original but the original radio unit is
includedin sale as well. From Hagerty: "Chevrolet's Task Force
trucks debuted in March 1955 looking very much like the company's
newly redesigned passenger cars. Designed by Ned Jordan these
pickups featured a stylish wraparound windshield hooded headlights
and an egg-crate grille.... The 235-cid six (123hp) remained
standard." This is a truck which must be seen to be believed.
