Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to present this
customized Mustang GT Saleen Tribute car. This Mustang GT was born
a relatively tame muscle car. That didn't stop the owner from
turning this GT into a beast. This Mustang was taken to JDM
Engineering for its performance makeover. First was the
installation of the Saleen supercharger. This coupled with a host
of other Saleen goodies contributed to the original 281ci engine to
put out big numbers on the Dyno. Since the engine was beefed up by
JDM Engineering, just 4,500 miles have been put on it. Only 47,789
actual miles have been put on this muscle car since day 1. Other
upgrades to the Mustang engine include an XCal Tuner with JDM tune,
JDM air kit, 9mm Lightning MAF, MAF Harness, upgraded injectors,
upgraded upper pulley, a Gates belt, C&L Racer tube, Vacuum
line upgrade kit, Auto Light spark plugs, Saleen fuel system,
2005/2006 Cut Motor Mounts, Black Mustang Valve Covers, upgraded
oil filter, and engine paint. Brakes were also upgraded with Erad
Speed Saleen Brake 2 piece rotors in front and rear with a complete
Saleen front brake kit. These rotors are 14 inches up front. The
engine breathes out through a Borla Exhaust System. The clutch and
flywheel were upgraded as well. There is a Spec 2 clutch kit and
aluminum racing flywheel and new pilot bearing. A significant
number of cosmetic upgrades were applied to this GT. A Saleen
Conversion was completed including right/left GT fenders and a
Saleen fiberglass hood with radiator hold down and hood pins. The
interior seat skins were redone with black leather outers and red
leather inserts. There is a Kenwood head unit installed making for
an excellent sound system with the Shaker subwoofers. This GT has
upgraded chrome wheels that look great with the body work. Last but
certainly not least, the automatic convertible top works great and
adds to the unique look of this Mustang. The list of upgrades to
this mustang is a long one, but no expense has been spared on this
beauty. This Saleen Tribute has the following features: air
conditioning, AM/FM radio, CD player, cruise control, driver side
lumbar support, power brakes, power steering, power locks, drive
side power seat, traction control, tilt wheel, keyless entry, power
mirrors, anti-theft system, a leather interior, racing wheels, and
