Vehicle Description
This expertly restored custom was built from a 1967 Fiat 600 model
into a tribute to the race-winning 850 TC. The displacement of this
car was increased to 847cc and the engine was refurbished with an
upgraded water pump, alternator and new cooling fan in order to
increase drivability. The single carburetor, 847cc, OHV 4-cylinder
engine is paired to a 4-speed manual transaxle transmission. The
4-wheel independent suspension, front disc brakes, and rear drum
brakes complete the equipment for this fun TC tribute. The chassis
stamp and original fiat build plate are displayed in the engine bay
along with the Abarth reproduction I.D. plate. It was enjoyed in
Italy until export in 2008 from Rome and documentation of its
export is included. Presented with 4,813 miles since completion of
the restoration, this Fiat benefits from new tires, battery, and
clean fuel tank. A collection of import documentation accompanies
this car along with the available history.
