Vehicle Description
This 1967 Corvette coupe L88 re-creation underwent a three year
professional frame-off restoration that was completed in 2012. It
is powered by a 427/500hp L88 engine with aluminum heads and Holley
carburetor, and an M22 Rock Crushed 4-speed manual transmission
that shifts power to the 3.55 posi-traction rear end. The car was
calibrated with a TI amplifier and heavy-duty brakes were added
along with a transistor ignition. It has L88 special plug wires and
coil, exhaust system with 2.5" side pipes coupled to 2.5" coated
headers and it was finished in 10 coats of primer, color and clear
coat, and all seams were redone with Evercoat. This �Vette has been
driven less than 500 miles since its completion.
