Vehicle Description
Named for Henry Ford's Dearborn estate, Ford's premium Fairlane
line debuted alongside the original Thunderbird for 1955. These new
top-line cars helped Ford record its best sales year since 1923.
The style and drastic roofline was an instant hit with the crowds
and people all over the U.S. Even with high production numbers, the
Crown Victoria still remains to be a sought after vehicle for all
collectors.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this well-kept 1955 Ford
Crown Victoria for your consideration. The '55 features its 272 CID
v8 engine paired with the Ford-o-matic Automatic transmission. The
vehicle runs and handles as it should. Covered in pink and white,
this classic certainly stands out and grabs the eye. It rides on
wide white wall tires mounted on factory steel wheels with hubcaps.
The Crown Vic also has side fender mount lights, dual exhaust, in
dash clock, wheel skirts, jack, and more. The interior is finished
in pink and white vinyl and shows well. The car spent much of its
life in Georgia and North Carolina.
