Vehicle Description
One of the true muscle-car legends of the 1960s, the factory muscle
collection's Z16 Chevelle is a two-owner car purchased from a
high-volume dealer. This car is equipped with three of the only
four options available. In addition to the many luxuries of the
total RP Z16 package, this car has comfort-tilt steering, deluxe
bumper guards, and the all-new for 1965 vinyl-covered roof. Fitted
with the new Mark IV 396ci engine, rated at 375hp, the L37 4-bolt
big-block engine was fitted with special square-port heads and a
Holley carburetor on a lightweight aluminum intake manifold.
Restored to concours condition, this car is completely documented,
including the original Protect-O-Plate. From the David Fluke
Collection.
