Vehicle Description
The below description are comments made by a professional appraiser
during a recent inspection: The Classic Car Appraisal Service
carefully examined this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle modified coupe on
July 5, 2017 . This car has been modified with a different 350
engine, transmission and air conditioning. The odometer on this
medium blue exterior and black vinyl interior Chevelle shows 145
miles. Total mileage on the car is unknown. Amenities include, but
are not necessarily limited to the following items: a non-original
350cid/350bhp V8 engine; automatic transmission; Edelbrock aluminum
manifold; Edelbrock 650 carburetor; headers; electronic ignition;
fuel pressure regulator gauge; power steering; power brakes; dual
exhaust; tilt steering column; custom steering wheel; aftermarket
air conditioning; fuel, temperature battery and oil pressure
gauges; aftermarket Chevrolet styles AM/FM/MPX stereo; tinted
windows and a Interstate Mega-Tron battery. The new tires are
Cooper Cobra Radial G/T solid white letter, size P225/70R15 on new
Cragar SS chrome wheels. MECHANICAL: Our test drive found the car
to start easily and run smooth. The air conditioning blows cold and
the brakes, steering and exhaust work as intended. We did note that
the speedometer does not register the correct speed. It does not go
above 30 mph at normal highway speeds. Also noted was the fly wheel
cover is missing. All lights work. EXTERIOR: The body is in very
good condition with no dents or dings. The paint is very good with
no scratches, chips or orange peel noted. We did note that the
front lower edges of both sides must have some filler, as the
magnet did not stick very well. New weather stripping was installed
around the doors and trunk lid. The car also has re-chromed
bumpers, stainless trim pieces and a good grill. The door and hood
gaps are very good. INTERIOR: The black vinyl bench seat, rear
seat, carpeting, dashboard, door and kick panels were in excellent
condition and looked brand new. The headliner was original and
there was a hole in the corner on the rear left side and stitching
coming undone on the rear right side. These are the single worst
features of the car. The trunk is finished with a new mat and spare
tire cover. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The engine and engine compartment
are clean, neat, painted and detailed and would show very nice at
cruise in's and car shows. CHASSIS: The undercarriage is clean and
neat. The front suspension components show flaking paint, oil and
grease. There are no rust holes noted in the floor pans. The new
gas tank and exhaust system look excellent. This 1967 Chevrolet
Chevelle modified coupe is a very good example with no mechanical
problems. This classic 67 is located in Marietta, GA . Inspections
are encouraged and welcomed by appointment only. Owner seeks $29K.
