There were 467 Model 51-C Buick's manufactured in 1941, the last year that Buick manufactured 4 door convertibles. The Buick Club of America reflects 16 in its Buick Registry (this is one of those 16), making this car very rare. The interior materials factory correct glazed leather is included on the door panels. The custom made convertible top is factory correct material (Stay Fit brand) and includes headliner (headliner was only offered in 1941). Complete frame off restoration. No parts except the tires, has been left untouched, being either replaced with new, old stock or restored. Many parts were machined to replace parts no longer available including (but not limited to) convertible top and door window register metal bushings.The replaced bushings make operation of the door windows and the convertible top smooth and easy.
