Stk 2360 1975 Chevrolet Corvette
Chevrolet's Corvette C3 model will be forever linked with the 'Mako
Shark II' design concept. That said, this beautiful 1975 coupe
should be considered to be a 'Great White' in Emerald Black
disguise. The Corvette C3 has been meticulously restored (2016) and
is stunning. After hours of thorough preparation, the fiberglass
body was carefully re-sprayed. Gaps are straight and true, the
painted T-tops fit very nicely and all weather-stripping has been
carefully replaced. The red leather interior was completely
refurbished with careful attention to detail and looks factory. All
gauges are working and the original radio has been replaced with an
aftermarket AM/FM unit. Convenience features included A/C, tilt
wheel and tinted windows. The detailed engine compartment looks as
good as the interior. Horsepower is furnished by a 350ci Chevy that
was rebuilt in 2016. The engine has 4-bolt mains and Vortec heads
w/HP valve springs. New hypertec flat-top pistons w/moly rings are
set in standard bores. Other upgrades include: a single-plane
intake w/Holley 650 double-pumper, an HEI distributor and a flat
tappet hydraulic cam with .465/.488 lift (1.5 rockers) and 290/300
degree advertised duration. Runs very nice, sounds even better. A
4-speed Borg Warner T-10 manual transmission w/factory shifter
backs the small-block and the chassis is equipped with power
steering and 4-wheel power disc brakes. Corvette 4-piston calipers
are stainless steel sleeved. A factory differential houses 3.36:1
posi-traction gearing and suspension components have been refreshed
(see photos of the under-carriage). Stunning Ridler 645 Gray alloys
(17"f/18"r) mount Sumitomo HTR Z-rated radials. Photos do not do
this beautiful Corvette justice. It must be seen and driven to be
