present this third-generation Corvette finished in one of the best
color combinations offered for the C3 Corvette, Classic White
exterior with red leather interior! This Corvette was built right
here in St. Louis and sold here new at Weber Chevrolet on May 31st
1977 (only 14 days after it was built). The Corvette has remained
here since new with only two local owners.� The last owner had the
car since 1997 putting only 10,000 miles on the car since then. As
with almost the entire run of 1954 through most of the 1981 models,
this car was made in GM's St. Louis, Missouri assembly plant. This
particular example was made on May 17, 1977. Finished in Classic
White (code 10), this car's paint is in overall good condition,
however there are some blemishes visible upon close inspection,
most notable a scratch on the left front headlight. The car's
windows are clear and crack-free and its lights are in overall good
order. This �Vette rolls on Cordovan Grand Prix Radial G/Ts, size
255/60R15 at all four corners, surrounding factory short-spoke
spider alloy wheels. The tires and wheels are in overall good
order. The car's bodywork is straight, including the optional T-top
panels and dual sport sideview mirrors. The car's interior cargo
area is in overall good order. There's an exterior metal luggage
rack (code V54) that provides additional cargo storage or a place
to stow the T-tops. The bumpers are in overall good condition. The
engine bay is very tidy and the battery is in good condition. Under
the hood is the numbers matching 350 CID (code L48) V-8 engine with
Rochester Quadrajet carburetor, backed by a Turbo Hydramatic 350
three-speed automatic transmission (code M40). Driver convenience
features include power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes,
power windows (code A31), air-conditioning (code C60), cruise
control (code K30) and tilt-telescopic steering column (code N37).
Inside, the standard white leather seats are in overall good order,
as is the red carpet. The car has a white headliner and the
contrasting red instrument panel, with its revised-for-1977 gauges,
is in one piece. The leather-rimmed, red, three-spoke steering
wheel looks great. The white-and-red inner door panels are in
overall good condition, as is the mirror glass, the center console
and shift lever. Currently the blower motor is inoperable and the
AC clutch is not engaging but the AC system is complete. Rounding
out the interior is a factory AM/FM stereo. The car comes with bag
to carry the T-top panels and a space plastic center console
