Carswww.ardellscars.com/1912-ford-model-t/1912 Ford Model T Was
$69,995.00 Now $38,500.00Proving that not all Model T's were paint
black, this Runabout has been restored in dark blue, which was the
only color officially available for that model year. The engine has
been restored and is reported to start rather easily, no more than
two or three tugs on the hand-cranks at most. Helping the car to
run right is an J&B Co. Master Vibrator Coil Magneto. This T
for three is fitted with a pair of Ford script Gray & Davis gas
headlights plus a pair of cowl lamps, all polished to deep
reflective quality as is the brass radiator shell. The black
diamond tufted leather seat is supple and inviting, while the
blackColonial grain top material looks new and fits the bows just
as it did when produced 100+ years ago. On the wood spoke wheels is
a set of white rubber tires. The engine was apparently assembled in
January 1912 and was most likely installed in a car within a few
weeks. One of the most unique features of this car is the
Mother-In-Law seat fitted to the deck behind the front passenger
compartment. With a reported top speed of 45 miles per hour, this
Runabout would the perfect car for an historic tour, parades or to
become involved your favorite vintage car collectors group. Having
been stored in a climate controlled museum-like facility since its
restoration has insured this Runabout is the perfect T for
you.Engine Number: 90853Engine: 177 cid/22 HP L-head in-line four
