The third generation of C/K line pick up truck by General Motors
and Chevrolet lasted almost 15 years. They are also known by
enthusiasts as the "Square Body" and quite arguably the best real
trucks ever built. There were two types of beds to choose from in a
short and long wheel base, the fleetside or step side and a variety
of trim options as well.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer another classic American 4X4
Pickup. This 1986 Chevrolet K10 was sold new in the State of
Tennessee and has been kept in the south ever since. I tis powered
by its proven 305 V8 engine, 4-speed manual transmission and
Chevy's rock solid 4 wheel drive system. The truck features just
over 51000 miles since new and is optioned with power steering,
power brakes, factory air conditioning, ben seat, short box, rally
wheels with trim rings, BF Goodrich A/T tires, locking hubs, AM /
FM Radio, fleet side body and finished in its original Apple Red
over Charcoal interior.
Mechanically, this K10 runs and drives great, shifts into 4wd as it
should and is ready to take you on any on or off road adventure you
can think of. Classic trucks continue to become more popular and
quality examples as the one here are in short supply.
