All original survivor car from dry Texas with only 57,000
original miles that looks good, runs and drives great, and has
smooth V8 power. The Sport Fury was the top of the line model that
came with sporty bucket seats, chrome front fender mounted turn
signals, console with floor shifter, additional chrome trim, deluxe
steering wheel, among other high trim items.
This particular car is so original and complete that it came with
the original factory tires manufactured back in 1966 when I bought
her about 3 years ago. I have since replaced the tires with brand
new special order factory looking white walls. She also comes with
the factory rear fender skirts like some of the old Cadilacs for a
classy look that are often missing with these old cars. Car also
comes with Chrysler Certicard, original owner's manual, factory
brochure, and factory auto repair guide.
This car is well optioned for the time and comes with a super clean
318 V8, rare Chrysler AirTemp factory A/C, Auto Trans, PS, PB, AM
Radio, Light Package (includes working lights in hood, trunk, and
glove box). The interior lights, exterior lights, turn signals,
gauges, horn, etc work properly except for the optional factory
clock and original AM radio.
This Sport Fury is a super clean, nice driver condition car that
could use some cosmetic refreshing to be perfect. She still has the
original paint which is decent, but not perfect like a newer paint
job would be. There is no major rust on the car and she looks sharp
from 20 ft away. I have fully documented paperwork and receipts now
totaling over $8,000 from professional certified auto mechanical
shops specializing in classic cars to bring this car into a
completely solid and reliable driver including fresh oil change,
recent professional tune up, and full mechanical going through and
rebuilding/refreshing. Drive her home, take her to a show, and
enjoy as is or take it to the next level. People love this car with
shout outs and thumbs up when stopped getting gas, at the car wash,
at a stop light, etc. Not many of these original 66 Sport Fury's
