1960 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible This vehicle has the
ORIGINAL 390/325 HP Engine, Full Power including trunk. ORIGINAL
BARN FIND at rest for 30 years This Beautiful Cadillac has not been
available for sale for 30 years ! Front power bench seats, power
convertible top, color matching parade hard boot, radio, power
pull-down trunk, Autronic Eye, and all working power accessories.
Automatic transmission. A detailed engine compartment and a very
solid undercarriage. The interior is in good original condition.
The seats do show some wear with some stitch repair work having
been done. The dash is very good with no cracks or repairs and the
steering wheel is also without any cracks. Door panels are original
and in good condition. All windows open and close even the vent
windows. The chrome and stainless trim is in good condition. Both
bumpers are clean,solid without any rust and retain a good shine.
The paint is Black from a full color change years ago. Well done
back then when they converted the White Eldorado into the Black
Beauty it is today... Either way, the paint, fit and finish is in
overall good condition with some area showing previous repair. Wide
white walls complimented with Cadillac hub caps trim out this icon
of the '60's Front Air Ride was converted years ago to conventional
suspension providing zero worries or maintenance compared to old
system. After acquiring the Eldo and bringing it to our shop, we
changed the oils, coolant, filters, boiled the fuel tank, serviced
the brakes, replaced the shocks, Convertible top cylinder, etc,,
etc.. Made it so the car starts, runs, stops, and major vitals
work. We were impressed. Keep in mind that this is still an
ELDORADO BIARITTZ CONVERTIBLE from the TALL FINS ERA. It is not a
new car nor represented as such. This is a HIGHLY DESIRABLE AND
COLLECTABLE CAR that is becoming harder to find and acquire at any
price. Cruise around in this finned icon from days long gone.
