Vehicle Description
Stk 2349 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II
This Belvedere II convertible is a rare example of Plymouth's
intermediate-size 1966 model. The current owner has been the
caretaker of this MOPAR for the past 15 years. It received a full
restoration in 2006 including a 2-stage respray of the factory
color - Citron Gold (ZZ-1). All of the exterior chrome/stainless is
in very good condition. A reproduction original white vinyl
interior was also installed and looks showroom fresh. Windows are
tinted and the power-assisted convertible top and window are in
very good condition. Sounds are provided by an aftermarket
AM/FM/cassette stereo system. According to the owner, the 318ci
'LA' series small-block was rebuilt in 2014. Upgrades include a
dual-plane aluminum intake and 4V carb, full tube headers,
free-flow dual exhaust and a mild cam. This MOPAR sounds good. It
is backed by a Chrysler 3-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission
and the owner believes that the 8-3/4" factory differential houses
2.76:1 gears. The chassis is equipped with power steering and power
brakes along with polished Centerline Terminator 'Telstar' wheels
that mount BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Our Belvedere strikes a
nice stance with torsion bar front suspension, HD front sway bar
and rear air-shocks. This is a rare MOPAR. Study the photos of this
bona fide classic - this Belvedere is impressive. ALL VEHICLES SOLD
