Details
This Mustang has been frame on restored and presents as a great driving car, ready for those weekend shows. The Marti Report shows the car to be an honest Mach I. It is presented in a fantastic color combination. This car wears a high end paint job, it is beautiful. Shiny with no chips, runs or swirl marks. The paint was applied over smooth (believed to be original) sheet metal. The interior presents mostly new….. seat covers, dash pad, head liner, carpet, door sills, etc, etc. The vehicle still has its original Philco radio.
The driveline includes the original (rebuilt) 351 Cleveland M code engine and Ford 3 speed transmission and 9” posi rear with a 3:50 gear. The engine bay is highly detailed. The engine starts and runs great. The vehicle is equipped with a Classic Auto air conditioning system, but is currently not working. It has Magnum rims with raised white letter radials. The underside is original but clean and tidy with original floors and good suspension and bushings. Exhaust system is new. Additionally, the window moldings have been buffed and present like new as does the re chromed bumpers. The grill and rocker moldings are also new. The window glass is mostly oiginal in good condition with minor scratches.
