My son had a flat tire hunting this weekend so it now has 4 new tires! Jeep Jeepster Kaiser Commando 4 X 4 Convertible C101 WITH ORIGINAL running Buick Dauntless V-6 3800 Fireball. This engine produced 75 horsepower (56 kW) at 4000 rpm and 114 lb·ft (155 N·m) of torque at 2000 rpm. The 160 horsepower (119 kW) Dauntless V6 was optional and preferred with its 235 lb·ft (319 N·m) of torque. 2 barrel carb. with oil bath. Runs GOOD, new fuel tank and carb. Barn kept. Minimal rust. Canvas removable top is in good shape but plastic windows are clouding and zippers and snaps are hard to use. Interior redone 5 years ago. No dents. Minimal to no Rust! 3 speed manual transmission. 4x4 works good. A total of 57,350 Kaiser-spec "C101" Jeepster Commandos were sold between 1966 and 1971. Set up with RV towing kit and used for hunting off road and canoeing. Jeep winters in Homestead, Florida 33037. Both tow behind RV motorcoach setup kit or trailered in travels.
