The Triumph TR range of cars was built between 1953 and 1981 by the
Triumph Motor Company in the UK. In 1967, the line was upgraded
with servo-assisted brakes and a 2.5L straight-six engine with dual
Stromberg carburetors that became legendary. The TR6 saw its debut
in 1968 and proved to be the best seller in the line that continued
until 1974. This Mimosa Yellow 1974 TR6 has undergone an intensive
restoration over a 3-year period that included virtually every
square inch of the vehicle. The original transmission has been
upgraded to a HVDA Toyota 5-speed including cruise control! The
entire suspension system has been attended to including new front
ball joints, shocks, sway bar links and both front and rear
springs. Components have been sourced via Good Parts Performance
Engineering. The braking system has also been completely rebuilt.
The interior of this classic roadster features a beautiful brown
leather and includes a new boot cover. Both the speedometer and
tach have been replaced with top-of-the-line Speedhut models. When
only the best quality TR6 will fit the bill, this is your vehicle.
