Vehicle Description
This 1979 Chevrolet Silverado K10 Pickup came to us from the State
of Virginia, but it was originally a North Carolina Truck for most
of it's life. This truck was treated to a frame off restoration
where the frame was completely painted and the truck was taken down
to bare metal and painted its original color of Hawaiian Blue done
professionally. The paint is straight and extremely nice. Looks
like new!!! Some of the original emblems as well as the grille were
left for originality. The Chrome Bumpers look like new!. The
interior was also restored and treated to new carpet and the front
seat was recovered. It also has new door panels and dash. This
truck looks amazing in person and the paint is laser straight. You
will not find one this nice for the money.
Mechanically this truck is turn key!!! The engine was completely
rebuilt and they added a new alternator, starter, aluminum intake,
radiator, and carb. They also completely rebuilt the AC System and
it blows cold and works perfectly. Some other options include the
original GM Alcoa Rims on the truck, Power Steering, Power Disc
Brakes, and the SM465 Muncie 4 Speed Transmission mated to the
np205 Transfer Case. When we drove this truck it ran strong and
straight. The engine has tons of power and every gauge and light
works on this truck. You can get in and drive this thing and enjoy
it. Turn Key!!! Rare to find a truck where everything is working.
