Stk 2340 1976 MGB
This classic 1976 MGB will put a smile on your face. In many ways,
this model remains true to the iconic 1962 version that replaced
the MGA - lightweight, responsive and sporty. However, over the
years it has become quite a bit more refined. This roadster has
received a full restoration. The exterior was professionally
refinished in Flame Red (2013) and Mini-Lite style alloy wheels
provide a great accent. The restoration included new interior
components as needed. Seats, dash, carpeting and door cards are all
in very 'good nick'. A Sony AM/FM/CD sound system has been added.
In addition, a new convertible top has been installed along with a
functional luggage rack. The 1.8L OHV 4-cylinder has been upgraded
with a Weber Down Draught 2V carburetor and tubular exhaust header.
It runs nicely and has more than enough to move this roadster
smoothly down the road. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts
smoothly through all four synchronized gears. Manual disc/drum
brakes provide stopping power. This sharp MGB has been carefully
