This Chevelle has been upgraded with a newly rebuilt date-correct
454/365hp LS5 engine bored.030 over, with less than 100 miles.
Features include power steering, power front disc brakes and M20
Muncie 4-speed transmission with a Hurst Competition Plus shifter.
Finished in Radiant Red Metallic tri-coat, Infrared exterior paint
with GM black SS stripes, it has an all-new black interior with
bucket seats and center console. It's equipped with a 2-1/2"
Flowmaster 40 Series dual-exhaust system, with original chrome oval
exhaust tips. This car has been fully upgraded to Chevelle SS
specifications. A 1970 owner's manual, and all receipts of parts
purchased for the restoration are included in the documentation.
The complete ground-up restoration includes new front and rear
shocks, brakes, a chrome 11" power brake booster and master
cylinder. The floor pan, trunk pan, and body, are all rust-free. It
has new upper and lower ball joints, front and rear control arm
bushings, front sway bar and an F41 rear sway bar. The
undercarriage was cleaned and undercoated. Riding on new custom
Cragar SS steel wheels wrapped in new BFGoodrich radial tires, it
has dual chrome side-view mirrors, a cowl-induction hood and
working flapper door. All interior metal parts were painted and
sound deadener was installed on top of the headliner and below the
carpet. The dash was upgraded with SS gauges, dash pad, SS steering
wheel and AM/FM/CD Kenwood stereo with compatibles, dual 6x9" rear
speakers with original grilles and sound deadener covers. Trunk was
cleaned thoroughly and painted with original spatter paint. The
weatherstripping moldings and badging, are all new, as are the
front windshield and rear window are new.
