For Sale: 1923 Ford T Bucket in Deer Valley, Arizona

Vehicle Description

For sale in our Scottsdale, Arizona showroom is this fun little Ford T-bucket roadster. Like the majority of this type of street rod, this one has a fiberglass body that's painted a very attractive burgundy color with tasteful graphics. The heart and soul of every hot rod is the engine. Between the rails of this T is a mild 350 SBC that the current owner was told had been rebuilt by the previous owner. An Edelbrock intake and carb distribute the fuel to the mouse motor and an HEI ignition fires the mix in sync, putting all the power into the Turbo 350 transmission. Like the engine, the trans was supposedly rebuilt as well, although GCC cannot confirm this is true. However, judging by how the car runs and drives, it's a very strong combination as all the power is sent to the ten-bolt rear axle.A new radiator ensures that the T stays cool as you're cruising. The brakes are Wilwoods in the front, stopping wire wheels with new motorcycle tires and in the rear, drum brakes stop those deep dish real wire wheels with the monstrous tires. The first thing any onlooker immediately notices is the chrome-plated items seen all over the car. Better yet, the brass items on this little sweetheart appear to be original Model T components from a real early Ford, when these items were all made of brass. The contrast between the color, the interior, the chrome and the brass give this car a unique look not often seen on a T-bucket. Moving to the interior, you can see that the vinyl that overlaps the body has some slight imperfections in one area on the driver's side. Under the tuck and roll seat is a brand new battery, so this T-bucket will reliably start for the new owner every time. A full array of gauges keep the driver informed as to exactly what's going on with the car. However, at this time the fuel gauge is not working. To keep the passengers safe, seat belts have been installed. A flick of a switch at night illuminates the entire engine, creating a really cool warm glow of light on the car's engine. This one doesn't have a top, allowing the two passengers full open-air motoring every time it's out. This is a proven car, having already racked up nearly 8,000 miles since built. All the bugs have been worked out, so there's just one thing left to do...buy it and drive it! A nice car for a great price.
