For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom is a beautiful 1955
Chevrolet Bel Air. 1955 was the first year that Chevy was
successful with putting a V8 in any of their vehicles. This was a
huge turning point for Chevy and a major success. The motor was a
265 Cubic inch overhead valve V8 that was known to be the "small
block Chevy". The Chevy Small block is still being used to this
day. This Bel Air has a beautiful burgundy exterior with ghost
flames that really makes this Bel Air stand out from the crowd. The
artist also added his own personal touch to the vehicle by painting
an awesome mural of this Bel Air on the underside of the hood. The
interior is in immaculate condition with brown and white
Ultra-leather that looks untouched. To make this 55 Bel Air stand
out even more the owner put 18-inch chrome wheels on the front and
20-inch wheels on the back to give it a nice stagger. The Heart of
this beauty is a 383 stroker followed by a 4-speed manual and has
3:55 gears for a smooth shift. The owner of this Bel Air sparred no
cost on adding chrome to this car. The under carriage on this car
has chrome leaf springs, Rear End, and Gas tank. This is a show car
for sure and will turn heads anywhere it goes. Additional Options
on this 55 Bel Air are A/C, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Horn,
Wipers, Turn Signals, Headlights, Tilt Wheel, and Battery Cut off.
