Vehicle Description
This short-bed C10 truck is finished in amazing Fire Engine Red
paint that has been sanded and buffed to a mirror finish. The
custom one-off bed was made from birch and has an automotive clear
finish. A set of 20" chrome Ridler wheels help set the paint and
stance off. The 350ci engine has a March serpentine pulley kit, a
polished aluminum intake manifold, polished finned valve covers,
stainless-steel headers, and 2-1/2" exhaust, which give it an
aggressive sound. An aluminum radiator with temperature-controlled
dual fans keep the engine cool. It's equipped with a TH350
automatic transmission shifted with a Lokar floor-mounted shifter.
The interior has a classic look with new carpet, seat cover and
door panels. The cab had sound-deadening installed to the floor and
firewall prior to the carpet being installed. A new gas tank and
pickup assembly were also installed. The glass has been tinted and
gives the truck a great look. It also features air-ride suspension
and all four corners are controlled by stainless-steel manual
valves in the cab. A Viair compressor supplies the aluminum spun
air tank with air, and the system has an air-pressure switch that
maintains the air pressure in the tank. The mechanicals in this
truck work great. It features all-new wiring from the new fuse
block to the taillights; all the wiring connections have been
heated and shrunk and are better-than-factory. The brake system is
new and works as it should. All the lights work: brake, turn,
running and headlights.
