Vehicle Description
Restored in 2012, this re-creation Chevelle SS features a rebuilt
454ci V8 engine with 2-speed automatic transmission, operational
cowl-induction hood, power steering, power disc brakes and
aluminized dual exhaust. The new white interior is equipped with
console, buckets and upgraded phantom gauge cluster with
tachometer. The year-long full frame-off restoration on this
Southern California car left no screw in place. The car was
completely stripped down to the bare metal to ensure there would be
no rust anywhere on the vehicle. The custom two-month paint job in
base coat/clear coat red with a white SS stripe took no shortcuts.
Every piece was removed to ensure a fully complete paint job. With
a very clean underside, it rides on set of custom staggered Cragar
wheels, and a working cowl-induction SS hood finishes off the
aggressive look. In great condition, this car runs and drives
great.
