Vehicle Description
This 1967 VW (sedan 113) Bug includes an upgraded 1600cc. The
1300cc engine was replaced with a 1600cc dual-port and has some
improvements for power such as an Eagle Racing and improved heads.
The carburetor is single-barrel original. The engine compartment is
original. The 4-speed manual transmission was replaced at the same
time with a highway speed transmission. The engine and transmission
are strong. The interior headliner and carpets were replaced back
to original in 2001 and remain in very clean condition with just a
slight tear in the passenger seat, which has been sealed to avoid
further damage. The tires have less than 2,000 miles. Serviced
regularly with all maintenance, including tuneups, valve
adjustment, head tensioned, oil change, filter cleaned. The car is
stored inside and covered whenever not being used. The vehicle has
been regularly detailed inside and out yearly since the purchase.
The car was repainted prior to 1998 in the original colors and is
maintained in shiny condition. There is no rust except cosmetic,
and on the door hinges.
